TESTING AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Autism and ADHD testing for adults, and the care that comes after
Adult evaluations are the heart of our practice. Many of our patients spent years being treated for anxiety or depression before anyone looked deeper. We test adults and select adolescents, then help you turn a diagnosis into real support.
Adult autism
(ASD) evaluation
A good fit if you:

-
Have always felt "different" and want to know why
-
Were diagnosed with anxiety, depression or a personality disorder that never quite fit
-
Mask or camouflage your traits at work, school or with family
-
Have a child or relative who was recently diagnosed and you see yourself in them
-
Need documentation for work or school accommodations
ADHD and
AuDHD evaluation
Test for ADHD on its own or together with autism. Many adults have both (often called AuDHD), and each can hide the other.

-
Trouble with focus, time, follow-through or overwhelm that has followed you since childhood
-
A past ADHD diagnosis you want confirmed or updated
-
Genetic testing available to help guide medication choices
THE PROCESS
What testing
looks like
You'll know what to expect at every step. Ask for a written summary at any point.
Typical time from booking to results: 2–3 months
1
Book and complete intake
Request an evaluation in the client portal, upload insurance and fill out intake forms and questionnaires.
2
Testing appointment
Our psychometrist, Mary-Ivory Jackson, coordinates and gives your standardized tests. Breaks are always fine, and you can bring headphones, fidgets or snacks.
3
Results and feedback
A psychologist reviews your results and meets with you to explain them in plain language. You receive a written report.
4
Your next steps
Therapy, medication, accommodation letters or simply time to make sense of it. You choose, and we stay with you.
AFTER A DIAGNOSIS
A diagnosis is a starting point, not a label
Therapy
Supportive, solution-focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for adults who are newly diagnosed or still seeking answers.
Medication management
Psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication care, with genetic testing when it helps.

Work and school support
