We provide online psychiatry services for children and adolescents exhibiting Oppositional and Defiant Behavior. Angry children need support. Our team of professionals will work with your child to develop strategies to manage their behavior.

Our Testing and Support Services offer tailored solutions for you. We specialize in Medication Management, School Advocacy, and Therapy for emotional well-being. We also conduct Genetic, ASD, and ADHD Testing to address unique challenges.

We Accept Various Health Plans

We believe that cost should never be a barrier to accessing quality mental health services including major insurance plans including AETNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Anthem, Quest, Carelon, Oscar, Optum, and Ascension. Currently we do not accept Medicaid Plans but are actively seeking enrollment.

Dr. Chapple, DHA-E, MBA, HCM, CNP, APRN-FPA, PMHNP-BC is a Double Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 12 years of extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health disorders in children and adults.  She specializes in Autism and other Neurodivergent conditions. She is trained in addiction medicine from Rush University and currently working with Ketamine therapy in Wisconsin. She is licensed in IL, OR, WA, and WI.

Her mission is to provide education on holistic options as well as traditional medicine and therapy to improve mental wellness and sustainability. She is an executive healthcare leader and in her spare time volunteers with multiple agencies to help feed families, obtain supplies for underserviced communities, teaches, and spends time with her family.

Dr. Da’Vonya Wilson DNP, CNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a doctorate of nursing practice degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has more than 8 years of psychiatric nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing and Minors in Psychology and Multiculturalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her PMHNP experience includes inpatient, outpatient, and consult liaison work. She is currently working on her Perinatal Mental Health certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.

 

Dr. Wilson DNP has a passion for providing evidence based care to underserved populations. She combines medication management with therapeutic support to help patients achieve stability, resilience, and improved quality of life. Her practice philosophy centers on collaboration, empathy, and empowerment. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her furbabies, and completing plant chores.

Aizada Ibraimova, MSN, CNP, PMHNP-BC is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner
with a culturally sensitive approach to medication management accross the lifespan in the outpatient setting.  Her approach emphasizes clear
communication, consistency in care, and working
collaboratively with patients to support ongoing
mental health treatment.

With experience in chronic, complex medical care for the pediatric and adult populations, Aizada, is well-rounded and dedicated to helping patients get the answers they needed.
