Plan for 2–3 months
Typical time from booking an evaluation to receiving your results is 2–3 months. Testing is for adults and select adolescents.

Choose a provider and time in the portal and add your ID.

Upload your card, or choose self-pay or the sliding scale.

Complete forms
Intake and consent forms. We verify coverage and send a cost estimate.

Get confirmed
We approve your appointment and you add a payment card.
INSURANCE & COST
Plans we accept
We are in network with most major commercial plans. Self-pay and a sliding scale are available. We do not take Medicaid or most Medicare plans.
Questions
Do you see children and adults?
Yes, ages 3–80+. Children are seen by select providers with a parent or legal guardian.
Can I choose in person or telehealth?
In-person visits are in Lincolnshire, IL. Telehealth is available in Illinois, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin.
What is school advocacy?
We work with parents, teachers and schools so students with disabilities get the accommodations and services they need.
I need therapy, not psychiatry. Can you help?
Yes. We offer therapy here, and we partner with Black Space Therapy for culturally affirming virtual therapy.
