We Accept Various Health Plans
We believe that cost should never be a barrier to accessing quality mental health services including major insurance plans including AETNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Anthem, Quest, Carelon, Oscar, Optum, and Ascension. Currently we do not accept Medicaid Plans but are actively seeking enrollment.

Dr. Chapple, DHA-E, MSN, MBA, HCM, CNP, APRN-FPA,
PMHNP-BC, GERO-BC, ADHD-CCSP, ASDCS
She is a Double Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 12 years of extensive experience and additional certifications in treating a wide range of mental health disorders in children and adults. She specializes in Autism and other Neurodivergent conditions. She is trained in addiction medicine from Rush University and currently working with Ketamine therapy in Wisconsin. She is licensed in IL, OR, WA, and WI.

Her mission is to provide education on holistic options as well as traditional medicine and therapy to improve mental wellness and sustainability. She is an executive healthcare leader and in her spare time volunteers with multiple agencies to help feed families, obtain supplies for underserviced communities, teaches, and spends time with her family.
